Must read from @KateAurthur today on why the BUFFY reboot got killed at Hulu: - Sources say Chloe Zhao's directing style "didn’t lend itself to a television pilot that requires a lot of exposition. It was undershot, and there wasn’t any coverage, one source said, so there would have had to be reshoots on the pilot anyway. The performances from the actors playing the new characters were under-directed, the sources said." - Sarah Michelle Gellar's Buffer was barely in the pilot and only appeared at the end: "Buffy is living anonymously in New York under the name Anne Summers, working as a corporate office drone and finally embracing a normal life after years of carrying the burden of being the chosen one." variety.com/2026/tv/news/b…

This is insane at every level. If you believe any of this, your brain rot is probably beyond help. -We use paper ballots. -You can't delete the results by "removing the memory cards" -and even if you could. Doing it while the machines are under surveillance is...wow. -This is defamation. -the video is not even from April 2021. This is probably from October 2022 and was part of an entirely different, but still absurd claim. Are people really this far gone?
