@theblackcatsays It was the same for us after Hank,died so suddenly in January and so young, we were stricken. Then a litter popped up literally 10 minutes up the road, and we decided as a family we had more love to give, so we welcomed home our Marvin in Feb. Like you say not a replacement🩵

Had to say goodbye to my best mate today. Went downhill so quick. Gutted.

@superpaddiepads I lost my Hank in January, very suddenly. He was lifeless by my bedside (trying to get to me) when I woke up. My husband felt exactly like you as I was bereft and he was grieving too. Your Frankie had a lifetime of love, small comfort but it helps me think of it that way ❤️

To make matters worse, if that’s possible, which it appears to be, Rachel is beyond devastated & there is nothing I can do to ease her pain. Helpless would be a huge understatement. And yet still we have to take our poor wee lad to the vet this morning to say goodbye. Broken 😢

Words cannot express fully just how broken I feel right now. As though my heart has been trampled upon. My eyes sore from sobbing. My head hurts & I know this feeling won’t pass for quite some time. Our poor little Frankie was taken from us yesterday & I feel utterly bereft 💔😢

A friend of mine messaged me this morning : “I’ve had no heating for weeks, and then I walk past a hotel 200 yards away from where I live, and what do I see?
