What I’ve faced over the past 45+ days is a case study in how NOT to treat a customer. @sony_india 🎥 Reported a focus issue with Sony camera 📍 Authorized service center called me 3 times saying it’s fixed ❌ Each time I visited — same issue, still unfixed 🤦‍♂️ Technician forced me to turn off Touch Focus and falsely blamed it 👉 The unit was finally “sent to HQ” for proper repair Weeks passed. Then came the call: “Camera is fixed.” I went again......nothing was fixed. I showed clear video proof of the issue. Response? “HQ found no issue.” That’s not just poor service......it’s harassment. Fed up, I went directly to Sony HQ (Sarita Vihar). Visited Sony HQ (Sarita Vihar) myself. In 3 hours, technician diagnosed what your team couldn’t in 45+ days................because they never communicated the real issue. This is not support, it's deception, negligence & harassment. Let that sink in: ➡️ 1 visit to HQ = issue identified ➡️ 45+ days with the service center = zero resolution, repeated lies, wasted time This is negligence, miscommunication, and systemic failure. Not once did anyone take ownership. Not once was I treated like a valued customer. I am demanding: 🔴 Immediate resolution of the issue 🔴 A formal apology from Sony Service Center 🔴 Compensation for my wasted time, repeated travel, false assurances, and mental stress @sony_india This isn’t just a service lapse. It’s harassment.

I’ve flown with both Indian and Pakistani fighter pilots during my career. I’ll just say my money’s on the Indians if this continues to escalate.
