They are built on strong foundations of connection, which creates the conditions for sharing to happen. They go through these early stages before they reach a level of maturity that enables them to really make a difference in the world. Slightly shocked… someone I know is in a large hospital. She has a port in situ for her chemo… the hospital ward says they aren’t trained to use ports so have put in a midline! The whole oncology dept is in the same building but they also can’t come and access it! #farcical

@KathEvans2 @SaraSummersgil1 @JoLawlor3 Oh my days!! My first wards as a GOSH student were there. Loved it ❤️❤️❤️ Observation ward ( the kids all had Whooping cough!) Bailey, the surgical ward … can’t remember it’s name, and then in the nursing pool going everywhere … must have done something wrong 🤣🤣

17 yr old son left 2 years of A level art in A3 clear plastic portfolio with black book marked La Sainte Union & name: Joseph Wallis. Left on C11 bus 1:30 yesterday. Got on Parliament Hill got off Rosslyn Hill. He can’t get his A level art without it. Can u help: generous reward.

When we set strict rules for what people can/cannot do or say & monitor them for compliance, they're more likely to become "morally disengaged" & behave "deviantly". The more or less trust we give people, the more or less trustworthy they are likely to behave. Via @JeppeHansgaard

Monitoring your employees to insure they don’t act unethically can paradoxically increase unethical behavior, at least when employees don’t believe they being treated fairly, because watched employees don’t feel agency over their own actions & so they become ethically disengaged.
