I grew up in a housing scheme in Pollok in Glasgow. My strongest childhood memories are of the water tower against a pink sky, the ice cream van at night and the community around me.

Tomorrow our new album Romantic Visions of Scotland finally comes out and we launch in Glasgow at Mono on Friday night and in London at The Lexington on Saturday night. Looking forward to seeing some of you there! Cheers to The Skinny for the shout out 👍

Christmas Tenement Windows got delivered to its new home in Partick today 🎄⭐️

@lesleybanks1 Yes I do too. It always makes me cry. Such a strong depiction of shared humanity. I was on Millport today with my wee boy. Thought of all those before me.

Yeah @lesleybanks1 it’s such a beautiful album and film. Have you seen him perform it live with the film behind? Genuinely spectacular even for the most cynical wee heart. That archive footage is something else.

Sitting by window in Largs watching the sky change and listening to From Scotland with Love by @kingcreosote. What a beautiful wee country we have.
