I say this as someone who lost most of my 20s to being a hateful bitch: life is so, so much better when you stop complaining and being hateful all the time. Even if you’re right. Replace the hateration with gratitude and things get so much better, I promise. I know it’s hard.

@idontcareg2ccu @hunterhansberry Yes all federal student loans. I’m in a Facebook group for PSLF and I’ve seen people with six figure debt forgiven regularly. I think the most was someone with multiple masters and a doctorate for like $580k

@katiewampus_ so you either work for the government or state, already paid them off over 10 plus years and now you probably only owed a couple thousand left and they like “yeah sure i mean you already gave us 50k but we’ll cover the rest”

For anyone wondering: it was through public service loan forgiveness. I spent 10 years teaching pre-k which counts for PSLF but also pays so little that my income based payments were $0 a month. I graduated with $41k in loan debt in 2012 and it just reached $91k with interest.
