Please attend the @UWOSGBVWalkout today at noon. Amplify survivors’ stories. Put pressure on the university and its donors. When that yearly letter goes out to alumni asking for donations, consider what it is you’re funding. They can’t ignore dollar signs.

I don’t consider myself an organizer or figurehead. I’m just a student. A queer, female student who fears for my safety and the safety of other vulnerable groups on campus. I do believe that we can create positive change for Western students to come. But we’re gonna need support.
