If this is legit, this needs seriously looking at. Additionally, Your delay repay seems to default to unsuccessful despite the fact I have all the evidence, I’ve tried your complaint form which fails to send every time! There is no direct contact to call or email #nationalrail

So it seems @CrossCountryUK do not care about legal compliance @BBC and leaves the door open for what appears to be a scammer praying in disgruntled customers. I have received comms from someone that appears to be impersonating your organisation further to my recent post

Can’t believe how difficult @CrossCountryUK are making it to reclaim for a cancelled train! Firstly claiming the delay was less than 30mins when the next train was 1hr later, secondly claiming that next train I had to catch didn’t exist based on their timetable! @RailOmbudsman

@garyvee X-men. They had superpowers although the rest of society saw them as freaks. Their fight for their rightful place in society whilst having principles was amazing and when I watch it now it borrows so much from the struggles for civil rights (Magnito = Malcolm X. Prof X = Dr King)
