The YouTuber featured here was given a whole segment on @BBCRadio4 to talk about his work and our @katychilv was told she wasn't needed. I guess this is what happens when you give untrained journalists a platform - misinformation spreads. Verification needed on videos like these before posting.

This decision has been made by Assistant Chief Constable John Murphy of Bedfordshire Police, but we are calling on Chief Constable @BJH251 to take action. I know @EssexPoliceUK is working hard to ensure misconduct processes are properly followed.

Today, we are explaining why we have argued against a police misconduct hearing behind held in private. We are happy to follow orders, and play by the rules, but there must be transparency. Barring media from the hearing entirely is not transparent. essexlive.news/news/essex-new…
