been trying to get into contact with @AllianzTravelUS @Allianz for over a week now. they tell me they can’t answer my questions over email, so I call their “customer service” number and sit on hold for days. Is anyone actually on the other end of the line?

We understand that it is outside of the timeline for cancellations, but I would hope that the extenuating circumstances might allow for some leeway. At the very least, any operation costs or cleaning fees should be refunded, as we will not be in the home.

Not sure what to do about this anymore so we’re taking it to social media. We cannot, in good conscience, travel to Colombia as US citizens right now. Our trip had to be cancelled within a week’s notice, but the host is denying a reschedule or any (even partial) refund @Airbnb
