Horrible experience with #Sunidhi. Gates opened too late, no crowd control or even checking of passes so anyone could enter anywhere, and no security checks. Basically a stampede waiting to happen !

I was scammed of ₹1600 few days back. Today i was not at home. My mother was about to get scammed too. 2items were missing and the delivery guy was about to leave. Luckily i got home on time and forced the guy to update the product as missing. He was reluctant on doing it.
There is a malpractice going on in flipkart grocery deliveries.
I request @Flipkart@_Kalyan_K to please enforce otp based delivery.
Even after reporting missing items to delivery guy, they go back and mark all the items as delivered and we don’t get the refund!

Now it had 2 cashew packet and 1 surf excel missing. I reported it to the delivery guy yet i did not get my refund!
Been trying for refund eversince!
@flipkartsupport DMed, still waiting for a reply. You might want to consider this issue as a highest priority.
Many other customers will follow up regarding this issue.

This UI is very inconvenient and not user friendly. Please ask your interns to not push such commits to production.
