I’m glad we got even the slightest bit more kanamizu content in this event because it’s honestly so nice to see. I think out of all of N25, Kanade was the best choice for them to pick to help Mizuki through the grief of the birds death, and im glad they chose Kanade for it.

can relate to losing someone early on, with her mother dying while she was still incredibly young. I can’t help but think of carnation recollection a bit, and how this time it’s Kanade helping Mizuki through the grief in her own way.

more screentime, it helps reinforce the fact that ALL of N25 is important to her, not just Ena or Mafuyu. It helps show more of WHY she holds ALL of N25 dear to her heart, why she wants to stay with ALL of N25 for as long as possible.

I will defend this lineup by saying that kanamizu is arguably the most underdeveloped pairing in ALL of n25. They are honestly THE Potential Duo in N25. As much as picnic 2.0 would have been awesome, kanade getting to interact with shizuai is still really neat.
