Doing political commentary in Europe knowing that the government is actively out to get me and that I’m being targeted with mercenary spyware, forces me to weigh every word I say. Not because I want to break the law, but because I know the law has been designed to break me.

Today, the President of Hungary released a dramatic video message announcing that the democratic rule of law in Hungary has come to an end because he was unlawfully removed from office. Nothing like this has happened in modern European history. A puppet will now be installed in his place, but that person’s mandate will be illegitimate from the very beginning. At the same time, the governing parties have barred their political opponents from standing in future elections. These are the very people who spent decades calling Viktor Orbán a dictator. Yet the moment they won a democratic election, they turned against both him and democracy itself. They did not act on their own. They did it with the support and at the direction of Brussels. The European Union is increasingly behaving like a liberal authoritarian empire, determined to tell people what they may say, what they must do, and even whom they are allowed to vote for. No person who truly values freedom can accept this.

Divieto di accesso dei bambini = obbligo di identificazione per tutti. Obbligo di identificazione per tutti + UE + Euro digitale = Blocco economico e sociale se non la pensi come devi. Eppure dovrebbe essere semplice da capire.

IT'S WORSE THAN YOU THINK. So the EU just approved Chat Control 1.0 Despite a MAJORITY of the elected politicians voting AGAINST it. 314 voted no. 276 voted yes. Because this vote was forced just before summer vacation, many politicians weren't there to vote. And without an absolute majority of 361 no votes, the chat control passed by default. And guess what? The EU parliament already voted NO to this in March. Yet another vote was forced now just before summer vacation and this time it passed because not enough MEPs was there to vote no this time. This doesn't sound democratic.

Mein Eindruck von der heutigen Abstimmung über die Chatkontrolle im EU-Parlament: Ein beträchtlicher Teil der Abgeordneten hatte nicht den leisesten Schimmer, was Sache ist. Es kam zu tumultartigen Szenen, und eine entscheidende Abstimmung wurde künstlich lange offengehalten, bis die Abstimmungsgeräte geschlossen wurden. Man könnte fast meinen, das alles passiert mit voller Absicht. Ach was, streichen wir das „fast“ – man kann es absolut glauben, man kann es halt nur nicht beweisen. Dieses Hohe Haus ist kein Parlament mehr, sondern gleicht eher einer intellektuell und demokratisch verwahrlosten Butze. Ein reines Scheinparlament. Wenn wir überhaupt noch abstimmen dürfen, dann doch nur, damit die Presse das ohnehin feststehende Ergebnis brav und kritiklos vermelden kann. Im Prinzip könnten von der Leyen, Metsola und Manfred Weber das Resultat vorher auf eine Serviette schmieren und direkt an die Journalisten verteilen. Um es ganz klar zu sagen: Die Ergebnisse stehen längst fest. Was hier in diesem Parlament abgeliefert wird, ist eine einzige Schande. Was hier in der Europäischen Union läuft, ist hochgradig antidemokratisch.

EU says it’s building an age verification app “to protect kids.” 🇪🇺 Reality: They’ve created an official app tied to passports and ID cards, are pushing every member state to adopt it, and are now openly working on ways to block VPNs so people can’t bypass it. When the state builds centralized identity systems and targets privacy tools, the goal isn’t protecting children. It’s controlling who can access what online. Only North Korea has gone further.

Inwigilacja w UE wkracza na nowy poziom. Bruksela forsuje przepisy, które pozwolą na stałe i automatyczne skanowanie prywatnych wiadomości, zdjęć i plików w komunikatorach, nawet tych z szyfrowaniem. Projekt Chat Control 2, bo o nim właśnie mowa, byłby najdalej idącą ingerencją w prywatność w historii UE. Cyfrowy nadzór, albo i nawet cyfrowy totalitaryzm - tak powinien nazywać się projekt, w którym urzędnik lub korporacja decyduje, co wolno nam pisać i jakie pliki możemy przesyłać. Prywatność to fundament wolności. Nie gódźmy się na ten cyfrowy dyktat.

I can’t believe they actually just posted this. They’re really laughing at us right in front of our faces.

At a time of constant cyberattacks, EU institutions should defend VPNs as essential tools for online safety, free expression, and secure communication — not echo authoritarian talking points against encryption. De EU is compleet op hol geslagen. Ze levert burgers geen vrede, geen welvaart en geen vrijheid meer, wel corruptie en machtsmisbruik. Het dient absoluut de burgers niet meer. Het wordt hoog tijd dat dit project snel een halt wordt toegeroepen. Daarom mag het vetorecht NOOIT worden afgeschaft, @MinPres en @DilanYesilgoz @VVD.
