@JoJoFromJerz Yes, I had it from a bike injury. PT helped immensely. The alternative would have been surgery followed by PT. Do it!

I was just at the orthopedist, and apparently I have something called “frozen shoulder”. I guess I need physical therapy. Has anyone else had that? And if so, did the PT help?

@_ZachGriff @Delta Good luck with that. @delta finally reimbursed me for out of pocket expenses from a flight disruption 6 months ago. Had to write them numerous times and file complaint to EU (overseas flight). And my bag was delayed 😡

.⁦@Delta⁩ will compensate travelers who had canceled flights this weekend. No word on how much $ (or miles), but it’s a big step in the right direction. Delta will also reimburse out-of-pocket expenses that resulted from the disruption. This is how it’s done 👏
