my tdee at 0 steps is 1,460c. at 10k steps its 1,670c. and yet I average 4k a day 😭 keeping my tdee at around 1,550c. I use my phone app so ik its not totally accurate but like. I could be in a larger deficit while eating slightly more if I just stopped being lazy and hit 10k
