I attempted to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!

@TurboTaxCanada why won't you offer a refund for your online product which doesn't allow direct access to the tax forms. You don't state this on the box or any obvious other place. You only find out after you activate and try to use it #UselessforMe

@turbotax I have submitted a refund request, twice, provided all the information requested and the case gets closed with a note that the required information was not provided. Spoke with a CS agent today....useless

@turbotax customer service is the WORST. It take mins 20 mins find a phone number for CS. They sell an online version that doesn't support input into a tax form, with nothing on the box that note this limitation and then they say there is no returning it for the right version.

@Bell How can to have 2 u discounted, non promotional rates for the same service. 1 for new customer and a more expensive one for loyal customers. I understand the promo discounts but it that’s not the case here. #loyaltyWorksAgainstYou.

@ProHockeyLife_ You really should fix your inventory system. Twice recently I have ordered product only to be advised that there was an inventory error and my order was cancelled. Recently it was for a pair of skates. you send me the blades and charged me but not the skates.

@mycafelatte I just think one needs to be careful before they “cast stones”. No denomination is perfect; no one church is perfect; no one leader is perfect and I am very far from perfect BUT if the gospel is preached then we should have charity and grace for others, even if approaches differ.

@kdaide It’s a slippery slope. Pharisees obeyed the law and acted holy but their hearts were sinful. Teaching kids a wholistic approach is best. Reward based behaviour conditions kids to only act good when there is an extrinsic reward. To me that’s counter active to the gospel.

@mycafelatte Not sure I see the judgement here. I remember getting chocolate bars for memorizing scripture. Was the bad? I don’t know Carolyn burge personally, she went to my church in Cambridge and in know enough to know of her heart.Grace should prevail even when we differ in approaches.
