@BestBuy Best Buy has been giving my son the runaround, and then refused to speak to me when I called them, even though he's a minor. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Apparently their new business plan is to steal from children. (3)

@BestBuy Someone named Eddie, who he's never met, signed for it. Best Buy says it's UPS's problem, since it was signed for. UPS says Best Buy gave them the wrong shipping info. (2)

@BestBuy I am very unhappy with Best Buy right now. My son ordered a refurbished computer. It arrived damaged so he took it to the store and returned it and they said they'd send him another one. They sent it to a location in California, where he's never been. (1)
