Last week we launched Botswana’s 🇧🇼 first ever network of young people living with HIV 🥺 a milestone to 🇧🇼 HIV response — youth at the centre! All this happening at a time when the global HIV response has shifted dramatically so! #MYAA #HIVAdvocacy

I’m increasingly convinced that your standards decide your future. Every time you let something slide “just this once,” you train yourself to accept less. That’s how goals erode. That's how principles slip. Set your standards. Hold the line. Especially when it’s hard.

I love ambitious women so much. Women achieving great things career wise, business wise and academic wise. Beautiful stuff!

The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast. Bad conversation? Move on. Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow. Missed workout? Hit it the next day. Poor decision? Learn and adjust. You can’t control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.

To women who refuse to shrink, to women who do not conform, to women you dare to challenge the norm, to women who ask why, to women who demand answers, to women who aren't agreeable, to women who dare to be different. To women who aren't afraid to leave. ❤️✨

To the women of the movement, the ones who refuse to shrink, who scream in the face of doubt and rewrite the rules simply by existing. To the ones who defy the odds and dismantle stereotypes. We celebrate you today, every fierce, radical and brilliant part of you.

A woman must allow herself to be everything she aspires. We must have the capacity to own our bodies and ourselves. For as long as these systemic structures keep stressing us in to a linear way of existence, we are bound to feel suppressed and unfulfilled.
