@Jason We pretty much have this with Citibike -- now owned by Lyft -- in NYC. eBikes $0.15/min w/ membership. Pedal bikes free up to 45 mins w/ membership. Biggest challenge is making sure there are bikes where people begin rides and empty docks where people end rides.

We should make #ebikes $20 a month on a subscription plan… or just $2 a day to rent in all US cities… … and dedicate streets to their exclusive use… have bike valets everywhere with staff that will fix a flat Would reduce traffic, dependence on oil, & spread joy #ebikes
