Star Wars: Yoda Stories is a 1997 adventure/puzzle game developed and published by LucasArts. It was the second and final entry in very the short-lived "Desktop Adventures" series, following Indiana Jones and His Desktop Adventures, released the year before. The idea was to create quick, accessible, casual games for light desktop entertainment. These simple, bite-sized adventures were designed for short play sessions, without the complexity of bigger AAA titles. They aimed to reach a broader, younger audience and introduce them to Star Wars and Indiana Jones experiences - and also simply using their brand power and appeal. Ultimately, it didn't catch on, but I remember playing it here and there - a little “snack” when you had 10 minutes and didn't feel like another round of Minesweeper. The oversized bobblehead characters were pretty funky.
