🚨BREAKING: Another video out of Houston, Texas shows ICE agents illegally boxing in a car on a public street… targeting U.S. citizens. Let’s be very clear about what ICE agents are doing… This is racial profiling. Reports out of Houston have already documented ICE agents surrounding vehicles, questioning U.S. citizens, and only backing off once they realize they are U.S. citizens. And in this video, you can literally watch the moment it falls apart… They walk away. They leave. They couldn’t take anyone because there was no crime. Because the only “reason” for the stop… was how those people looked. That’s illegal. The Constitution does not allow federal agents to box in your car, detain you, and demand proof of citizenship based on race, language, or appearance. That’s a violation of the Fourth Amendment. No warrant… no probable cause… no justification. Just racial profiling. This is exactly how constitutional rights get erased… not all at once, but in moments like this… where abuse happens, gets exposed, and no one is held accountable. And if they can do this to them… They can do this to anyone.

This child, Deiver Henao Jimenez, and his family, are asylum seekers with a pending case. They were following the process, showing up to a routine immigration check-in… not hiding, not accused of any crime… But, they were thrown into the Dilley Detention Center anyway. A 9-year-old CHILD… a strong student who qualified for his state spelling bee… was sitting in a detention facility telling Ms. Rachel on a video call, “I don’t want to be here anymore… nothing is good here.” A child… begging to get out of what is essentially a concentration camp… so he could go to a spelling bee. And his family didn’t get out because the system worked… They got out because people saw the video. That video call with Ms. Rachel is the reason this child is not being held in this terrible facility… And to make this all even worse… After the videos went viral, CHILDREN had their ability to video chat taken away. The moment the public saw what was happening, ICE shut it down. And let’s talk about why this is even happening… because detaining families like this isn’t about safety…. It’s about a system that profits off detention, where holding people, even children with pending asylum cases, generates money for private contractors and those at the top. It took public pressure, media attention, and a child pleading on camera to fix something that never should have happened. And that’s the point… this wasn’t normal before. We did not used to detain elementary school kids with pending asylum cases like this, then silence them when people started paying attention. Yes… he’s free now. But the fact that a 9-year-old asylum seeker had to go viral, by talking to Ms. Rachel on camera, just to get out… Should tell you exactly how cruel this administration is.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents were caught attempting to force an arrest inside a private home… without a warrant. The video shows agents were already in someone’s front yard trying to detain a man. The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. Because under the Constitution, entering a home without a warrant is one of the clearest lines law enforcement are not allowed to cross. But, they cross it anyway. One agent grabs his foot as he’s going in… and then both agents follow him inside the home, while the homeowner is actively telling them to get out. Over and over. This is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled against in Payton v. New York… law enforcement cannot enter a home to make an arrest without a warrant. And in Lange v. California… they made it clear you don’t get to chase someone into their home, for a non-serious offense, and call it “hot pursuit.” They were told to leave private property… and didn’t. They attempted a detention without respecting that boundary. And then forced their way into a home anyway. All without a warrant.

🚨This is what ICE calls an “arrest”… In McKinney, Texas, five ICE agents are piled on top of one man, face down on the ground. He’s not visibly fighting back. And yet, one agent has him in a chokehold… while four others are kneeling on his body, pinning him down. Then, out of nowhere, the agent tightens the chokehold… and hits him in the face. While he’s already restrained… While four grown agents are already on top of him. That is excessive force. A chokehold on a restrained person… that alone is dangerous. People die like that. Having multiple officers on top of someone’s back, while they’re face down… that’s how you cut off someone’s ability to breathe. And then hitting him while he’s pinned down? That’s punishment. That’s abuse of force. There is a line… even during an arrest. And piling onto a man who isn’t resisting, restricting his breathing, and striking him in the face while he’s restrained… crosses it. Badly. Because if five agents can’t restrain one man without choking him and hitting him… then this was never about safety. It was about control. And people should be outraged.
