Yes, America... downtown Buffalo is next to a General Mills plant, so the entire downtown smells like Honey Nut Cheerios. Go Bills!

The Bills segment from @getnickwright where he says on national television: "They gave DJ Moore a new contract when they did not have to." Nick, it was known well before the official opening they had to re-work his contract to make it work. Reported far and wide too. Come on...

Btw, I'd suggest the way you know it's a weak argument is that the Browns listed 5 reasons it's good, basically re-word 1 actual argument 1. Increased roster flexibility, cos of more trades. There's very little explanation for why that's good. They just came up with 5 ways of saying there would be more trades, and only once did they argue that would lead to more parity, with zero logic behind why. Free flow of assets does not tend to create parity, from my experience.

Good spot to be in when your lawyers have to convince the jury that you're just stupid, not a fraudster.

Heartbreaking: Maxx Crosby exposes the Ravens for flying him into Baltimore on a commercial flight with regular people instead of a private jet. “We had to drive two hours from D. C. after the five-hour flight, bro. That sh*t was f**king weak.” Crosby deserves his privacy 😔💔
Dov Kleiman@NFL_DovKleiman

Wow: Maxx Crosby breaks down what happened in Baltimore and what caused the Ravens to back out of the trade. “I was thinking in my head, ‘what the f**k?’” Baltimore needs to be held accountable 🤦‍♂️ (via @TheRushWithMaxx)

19 years ago, a high school basketball coach put his team manager into a game for the final four minutes. The kid had never played a single minute of competitive basketball in his life. He scored 20 points. Jason McElwain was diagnosed with severe autism at age two. He didn’t speak until he was five. He couldn’t chew solid food until he was six. He wore a nappy for most of his early childhood. As a baby, he was rigid, wouldn’t make eye contact, and hid in corners away from other children. He tried out for his school basketball team every year and got cut every time. Too small. Too slight. Barely 5’6 and about 54 kilograms. But he loved the game so much that his mum called the school and asked if there was any way he could be involved. The coach created a team manager role for him. For three years, McElwain showed up to every practice and every game. He wore a shirt and tie on match days. He ran drills, handed out water, kept stats, and cheered every basket like he’d scored it himself. On 15 February 2006, the last home game of his final school year, the coach let him suit up in a proper jersey and sit on the bench. With four minutes left and a comfortable lead, the coach sent him in. His first shot missed. His second missed. Then something shifted. He hit a three-pointer. Then another. Then another. His teammates stopped shooting entirely and just kept passing him the ball. He hit six three-pointers and a two-pointer. 20 points in four minutes. The highest scorer in the game. When the final buzzer went, the entire crowd rushed the court and lifted him onto their shoulders. His mum tapped the coach on the shoulder, in tears. “This is the nicest gift you could have ever given my son.” McElwain won the ESPY Award for Best Moment in Sports that year, beating out some of the biggest names in professional sport. He’s 36 now. He works at a local supermarket, coaches basketball, has run 17 marathons including five Boston Marathons, and travels the country speaking about never giving up. When asked about that night, his coach still gets emotional. “For him to come in and seize the moment like he did was certainly more than I ever expected. I was an emotional wreck.”

This was from JC Tretter's CBS exit interview last July, after @pablofindsout reported that he'd been scheming to get the Executive Director job this whole time. An incredible quote that is now even funnier:

After resigning amid scandal last year, JC Tretter is, as predicted, the new Executive Director of the NFLPA. To understand why: listen to Craig Jones — the 17-year security officer this union fired — who dared to call out Tretter and a corrupt regime 👀 youtu.be/ON-dN5xO7rg?si…

This entire conversation is about my opinion BUF's roster after first FA signings is "similar" to past rosters. You can disagree. It's just my opinion, after all. But to declare I'm wrong because the DRAFT (with this GM's spotty track record) will swing their 2026 fate is wild

This year's draft class will not make a bigger impact on BUF's 2026 season that this year's free agent acquisitions. Let's not be so willfully obtuse in hopes your team -- among the bottom three in draft capital -- will get over "the proverbial payoff wall" through the draft.
Bůffąľő@Buffayobill

@ByTimGraham Allen, Cook, Dawkins, Brown, Benford, Torrance, Shakir, Bernard, Hairston, Walker, Groot. All drafted all look good. Dorian Williams not bad either. And thats only who's still on the team
