@Delta I’m on 638 that was diverted to Augusta and we have been on this plane on the tarmac for almost FIVE hours. Your flight crew and your customers need help convincing those at the Augusta airport to figure out a way to get this plane fuel or a way to get us off the plane.

I am extremely disappointed with my new @applecard. Two fraudulent charges done in Dallas, TX on 9/15 when I live in Georgia. They want me to call the merchants to address these charges. Feels like a card from the 80s, less one from @apple. @applecard please help resolve this.
