@CAamanmittal @narendramodi please look into the matter & waive the CA as the provision is unnecessarily creating burden over the CA and blockage of fund .The provisions made by bureaucrats as the finance ministry is defunct one & creating unnecessarily disputes for their personal benefits !!

The newly introduced TDS u/s 194T on partner's Interest & Remuneration is very rigorous and baised on achieving high tax collection which would be refundable after a certain point of time. The rate of 10% TDS is very high and the threshold given of Rs 20000 is too low given the tax free Income upto 12L per person for the year The TDS rate needs to be rationalised immediately to avoid blockage of funds !!
