In many real systems (economics, turnout models, platform metrics), this uncertainty is normal. YouTube dislikes are an extrapolation from partial signals, not a survey.

Plus the free extension makes an extrapolation with the little information it has so a 10-15% margin error is pretty impressive, since it never claimed to be precise. The gas pump claims to be precise since you pay for it.

It was Miyazaki’s (mis)interpretation of Western fantasy novels that he read when he was young, since his english wasn’t the best so he just made “weird” things up in his mind.
