@elonmusk @Tesla Grabbed one 6 weeks ago, fully loaded, white interior. Just took her on its first road trip and she was great, minus the door sensor issues. I’m glad we scooped it up at the last minute. Next up, Roadster.

I’m not the biggest fan of Spring and Summer…I much prefer the alternative. But, I DO love making a summery Fruit Salad over a bed of Fresh Spinach with slices of Creamy Brie. Splash some Balsamic Vinegar on all of this and you have a refreshing salad for the warmer weather!

☘️ Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ Made a really slow cooked Corn Beef Brisket with Cabbage Soup and a sticky lump of Irish Soda Bread that I quickly made up. For once my Corned Beef Brisket was actually falling apart. I guess that’s what 15 hours of low and slow will do. 😁🤌
