@northernassist I’ve an advance ticket from Wigan Wallgate to Leeds at 6.15 but can see the second leg of the journey has been cancelled already. What are my options from Manchester Victoria please, will ticket acceptance be in place if it’s due to the disruption this afternoon?

@LidlGB Is there a way for you to tell me what the vegetable fibre is in your Deluxe hot cross buns? My daughter is allergic to peas and pea protein, so it’s really unhelpful when things are listed in ingredients as just ‘vegetable’ rather than specifying which ones. Thanks

@northernassist Trying to get to Wigan but Horwich Parkway looks to be the closest option with a taxi at the other end. Have ticket restrictions been lifted or do I need to buy a new ticket? Thanks

@northernassist Hi, can I check if duo tickets can only be used on a booked service on the app, or any train on the route you’ve bought it for? It doesn’t say advance / only valid on service booked in the app but wanted to check before I buy. Thanks

@northernassist Why is that? If you’ve cancelled a train surely I should be able to use on the next available service? How would I get a refund on the ticket for the service you’ve cancelled or compensation for the delay?

@northernassist Hi, I’m booked on 15.24 from Wigan NW to Manchester Victoria but the app says the journey has been cancelled. I bought an advance ticket for the journey, can I use it for the 15.15 from Wigan Wallgate instead so I can still make my connection in Manchester? Thanks

@Tesco Fathers Day ruined, thanks to a grocery delivery with a gift and food for a meal cancelled 4 minutes before it was due between 6 and 7pm today, so we had no chance to go out and get alternatives. Surely you’d have known before then you couldn’t deliver today?

@northernassist Ok. There is still an engineering timetable live on the site for the 13th, from the check timetables link under the first section of the strike page. Might be worth removing or updating that so others aren’t confused or think service are running that day when they aren’t.

@northernassist Hi, I’m trying to plan travel from Leeds to Manchester Vic on Sat 13th. The engineering timetable on the site for that day shows an 11.42 train but it doesn’t appear on the travel planner in the app. Are any direct trains running that route on strike day? Thanks

with Northern so we can get home? Travelling with a child so don’t want to be stranded in London if we can’t get on the direct Leeds service with only one other train to York running after that one on Saturday. Thanks

@LNER Hi, we’re due to return home to Leeds from London on Sat, timetable shows our 15.35 train isn’t running & only one direct service to Leeds at 17.03. Can we travel earlier in the day to York and will there be any replacement bus or taxi services or ticket acceptance

@dickndom Trying to book for the Bradford date, but it’s showing as over 18s only, is that right? Other venues look like 14 and under need to be with an adult. My 6 year old loves you guys and she’d never forgive me and her dad if we went without her!
