I’ve rented the same house for 6yrs, paid £2,500 in deposit, paid £83,000 in rent overtime. Religiously on time, never missed a payment. 5 years ago before getting a dog I emailed the landlord directly asking if he agrees, which he did. Left the property in impeccable condition. Now 2 months after I’ve moved out he’s refusing to release my deposit because “I’ve breached the tenancy agreement by having a dog”. Lol I wonder why landlords have a bad reputation. Some misunderstanding about #bitcoin relative strength index (RSI). This chart shows 200WMA and RSI (basically a moving average, but indexed at 0-100). Note that in 2013 the high RSI (orange/red) period was 10 months and in 2017 8 months. We are now in month 4: bull just started.
