I cannot believe the shocking customer service we’ve received from @TUIUK received an email last Wednesday to say our holiday is cancelled again! Not due to covid! Due to TUI taking off the flight! Constantly calling for over a week to try and sort it out!

@TUIUK night I add that there was no explanation to why the holiday was cancelled in the email! Just it’s cancelled! Wasn’t until I called that it was explained it was only the flight! You’ve had £5000 of our money for over a year! Very unprofessional 🤨

@TUIUK a Molly and a Clare were dealing with it! Still no answer to the change we requested a week later! Just spoke with a lovely lady called carol who could not do enough for us to sort out the holiday we’ve waited nearly 2 years for! And was shocked how we’ve been dealt with!

True acts of kindness 🥰someone hands my bank card in at Morrison’s in Beverley on Sunday but i didn’t realise I’d lost it until yesterday! Nelson has just got out the house while putting I Hartley in his car seat and my neighbour who was parking his car noticed & ran after him🙏🏽
