The letter is dated 4th December 2025 and was received on 5th December 2025. How then does the NBA seal bear an expiration date of March 2027? Ordinarily, a document executed in 2025 should carry a seal valid up to March 2026, not 2027. This discrepancy raises concerns of possible forgery, backdating, or other fraudulent irregularities. If detected by the NBA, the lawyer involved could face serious professional consequences.
