@Letter_to_Jack This is pure political mischief, not law. A resignation letter does NOT require an NBA stamp to be valid, once it’s signed and communicated it takes effect. The stamp doesn’t “approve” a resignation. Lawyers can sign a document and stamp it later. In many cases, the stamp

Observation: Letter issued and received on 5th December 2025 but bearing NBA seal issued to expire in March 2027. As a lawyer and member of NBA, NBA seal are issued yearly to expire the following year. The NBA seal issued to expire in March 2027 can only be produced and issued in January 2026 and could not have been attached to a letter dated December 2025. This raises a serious issue of forgery and backdated letter. It can equally put the concerned lawyer in a serious professional misconduct trouble before the Legal Practitioners’ Disciplinary Committee. I hope @NigBarAssoc and @afamosigwe can take note and look into this.

Today in Bagega, Zamfara State, the fragile "understanding" between soldiers and b@nd!ts collapsed in gunfire and smoke.
Here’s what happened:
Soldiers traveling from Bagega to Anka spotted two armed bandits. They opened fire. K+lled both. Seized motorcycles and rifles.
But those two b@nd!ts weren't alone.
From the forest, their comrades mobilized. They stormed the Army camp. Set it on fire.
For three years, there was an unspoken deal: b@nd!ts could enter Bagega as long as they were UNARMED. The military’s position was clear: the moment you carry a weapon, you become a target.
For three years, the deal largely held. Few confrontations. Tense calm.
Today, that calm shattered.
Armed b@nd!ts entered. Soldiers engaged. B@nd!ts died. B@nd!ts retaliated. Camp burned. And in the crossfire, civilians were hit by stray bullets.
This is what happens when you try to coexist with criminals. The peace was never peace it was permission. And today, permission expired.
The military cannot and will not tolerate armed b@nd!ts walking into any community. Deal or no deal.
This incident mark the end of the Bagega truce and the beginning of a full-scale military sweep.

Let me tell you a story : Buhari contested 2 times with VP candidates from the SE and lost, infact the last one Ume Ezeoke denied Buhari when Buhari was on litigation with Yaradua in compensation his son was appointed SA by Yaradua. 2011 Buhari moved his VP to SW this time he did very well and got over 11M votes, by 2015 he finally won with a SW VP. One good thing about SW they never vote blindly, typical example is 2023 despite their son Tinubu was candidate Atiku won Osun and got over 182k votes in Oyo, Obi won Lagos too. Their own son Tinubu could only get 55% of votes in the SW 2023, this tells you how independent they are, compare this to Obi that got 90% in SE. Now in the SE Atiku could only get 90k votes in the whole SE zone that's paltry 4% of vote. Verdict : @atiku please make Makinde your running mate for 2027.

They are still in police cell. Case transferred to Eleyele.
The deceased parents have arrived. Apparently, the other friend used to go for holiday in the deceased house too. ‘Probably’ that will make the case lighter.
Police has now ‘arrested’ their pot of soup and taken away their dustbin too.
And by the way, they are females o. Not males as I earlier thought. They are asking the other friend if she thinks the deceased used any pregnancy prevention or abortion pill but she said no that she is even on her period.

The Ibadan Declaration of ADC and PDP has rightly sent fear into hearts in Aso Rock but it shouldn’t scare any of our leaders in the coalition - single opposition candidacy is good. Tinubu is in office by a plurality of 36.6% and his support base has dwindled since then.

This may be the end of the road for me I genuinely don't have the energy and the luxury of moving around anymore My generation must now sit down and build something tangible that will be result oriented I'm still mourning the loss of LP - it should not have happened after we used our blood to build that platform to a powerhouse Now we have also invested massively in ADC. Already alot of young people have invested in setting up party structures. Membership registration drives and shaping the party's media outlook. Just recently I did multiple TV appearances speaking about the party and the coalition I expect my generation to consolidate on gains of yesteryears and build a table for ourselves. At the moment it appears our leaders make decisions that favour their own ambition without considering their supporters How long before my generation becomes the main conversation? This politicking should be revolving around us not them.
