Forest’s entry point sanction was -6pts (reduced to -4) for one singular breach.
That breach was exceeding allowable losses of £61m. Vs other PL sides threshold at £105m.

It's interesting Everton's financial breach saw the Premier League suggest a 12 point deduction. A panel ruled the sanction at -10 before an appeal said -6
74 charges for Chelsea saw the suggested sanction of -15, greater than Everton's, but it was then worked down to 0 points

"A financial sanction of £10 million and a suspended two-window registration ban have been imposed on Chelsea FC for breaches of The Football Association [The FA] Football Agent Regulations, Regulations on Working with Intermediaries and Third Party Investment in Players Regulations. "The FA charged Chelsea FC with 74 breaches of FA Rule E1.2 after its current ownership self-reported misconduct upon its purchase of the club. The FA is continuing to investigate individual misconduct arising out of this case. "Chelsea FC admitted to the 74 breaches of FA Rule E1.2 prior to a hearing and an independent Regulatory Commission imposed a six-point deduction, which was to be suspended until 30 June 2027, and a £10 million fine. "The club appealed against the suspended points deduction and an independent Appeal Board allowed the appeal and set aside this sanction following a further hearing. In its place, the Appeal Board imposed a registration ban for two complete and consecutive transfer windows which is suspended until 30 June 2027. "The £10 million fine imposed by the Regulatory Commission was not subject to appeal and the full amount will be invested into grassroots football."

We can dress this up how we like but it is quite clearly a systematic two tier policing of these rules.
You have the top 6 in this scenario where they’ve been charged with 74 cases of wrongdoing and hit with a financial penalty which is beyond futile due to their wealth. You then have Everton and Forest who were handed sporting sanctions of the deduction of points.
Forest and Everton were in breach of the rules and I accept they are easier to pursue and prove wrongdoing over a financial period. Chelsea have now been found guilty and the charges are far, far worse and almost bring the game into disrepute.
I think it’s shocking quite frankly. Abhorrent! #NFFC #EFC

🚨 BREAKING: FIFA senior advisor Carlos Cordeiro has quit over Gianni Infantino’s FFE plans.
As revealed on @talkSPORT last night, Infantino has lost support from his inner circle.
🗣️ Cordeiro: “As a Senior Advisor to the FIFA President, a former banker, and a lifelong football fan, I cannot stand by while FIFA considers selling a stake in the World Cup.
“Let me be clear: I had no involvement in this proposal, and I oppose it unequivocally. It is a bad deal for FIFA's Member Associations, a bad deal for football, and a bad deal for the long-term future of the game.”
