My first law review article is out @PovertyLaw_Jrnl! In 19th century Boston, the primary legal aid providers were women nonlawyers. But these nonlawyer providers were eventually overtaken by lawyers. How did justice change when the providers changed? Read the paper to find out!

This is exactly what @A2JEG @kalteneder and I were saying at the @NLADA Conference in Nov '21. Lawyers can--and should--provide services beyond representation. Lawyers can create the baseline resources to enable nonlawyers to better support the public. (5/5)
