Clarity matters. Appreciate @SECGov providing meaningful guidance on digital assets. Hedera (HBAR) being recognized as a digital commodity is an encouraging step forward, supporting innovation for the future digital economy.

The attached screenshot is from the "interpretation" referenced in the screenshot below. In it, $HBAR and $XRP (among others) are referenced as "digital commodities", in the same category as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Those of us who have been holding these assets for some time already believed this to be the case, but it's nice to see that todays SEC is also in agreement!
