There has been another prison escape. This time it's the Meru GK prison. There was an escape on Wednesday at the Meru GK prison. A remand prisoner, Thomas Kiogora, escaped from the hands of prison constables at the Meru GK prison. The prisoner who was in court to answer to sexual offence charges, escaped at around 1100hrs. He was in court under escort from the said prison constables. Unfortunately, efforts to trace the said prisoner have been futile. The prison authorities are still pursuing the said remand prisoner who hails from the mikinduri area in Meru. He, however, committed the alleged offence in the Naari area of Meru. Prison authorities are requesting for anyone who has or knows the whereabouts of the said prison to come forward. Ant information that will help recapture the said person will be highly appreciated. attached is a photo of the said person
