It's hilarious how they ALWAYS separately mention that Talia doesn't support her father every time Ra's tries to kill/harm Bruce in this era. That woman doesnt play about her man and they will do anything to make sure we never forget it.

@FitMarshmellow sometimes it took away from the emotions of the scene. i get he uses humour to break the tension but sometimes this tension is there for a reason, and does not need to be broken.

@FitMarshmellow the reason he’s a superhero doesn’t put him in a position where he could be a pacifist. he’s fighting the status quo, he can’t stop being a man of action.
kara becoming more and more pacifistic as time goes on makes more sense since her goal has always been to protect people.
