Thank you to everyone in Biochemistry and Radiation Oncology for helping us to make this happen. Special thanks to everyone in the lab for sorting, packing, and bearing with this process. Fingers crossed for tomorrow 🤞

The lab is moving to UTSW north campus tomorrow. Looking forward to working more closely with the new Molecular Medicine group there. Wish us luck!

@ChadPecot @utsw Great question. I hadn't thought about it that way, but I suppose if a pan-RAS inhibitor was marginally effective against mKRAS, but hits WT hard it could theoretically lead to progression. Did I catch your meaning?

@kenwestover @utsw Interesting @kenwestover, do you think this implies develop of pan-KRAS inhibitors (as opposed to mutant specific) may be detrimental in mKRAS disease?

New paper! Wild type #KRAS suppresses mutant KRAS. Does that mean loss of wild type (LOH) leads to cancer progression in people? We found an association. LOH also associates with upregulation of #FASN -> therapeutic opportunities. doi.org/10.1016/j.lung…. Congrats @utsw team!
