Did you know the UK decided to de-proscribe Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) in October 2025?
And now, a known head chopper, removed from a terror watch list and installed in Syria, has been welcomed into Downing Street by @Keir_Starmer WTAF?!

Trump & DC establishment welcomed al-Jolani, the Islamist terrorist of HTS aka Al Qaeda, to the nation’s capital with open arms. This is days after Trump floated plans to send US troops to Nigeria b/c of terrorist groups killing Christians. A practice Jolani’s HTS engages in

India ran the most important cardiovascular study of the 20th century by accident, and then immediately forgot about it.
In 1967, Dr. S.L. Malhotra published a study in the British Heart Journal examining heart disease rates among 1.5 million Indian railway employees. The population was extraordinarily useful for research purposes: same employer, same healthcare access, comparable income and working conditions, spread across the entire country.
The only meaningful variable was geography. Which meant diet.
North Indian railway workers: Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, ate a diet built around ghee and dairy fat. They consumed up to 19 times more fat than their southern counterparts. The fat was primarily saturated: clarified butter, milk fat, the short-chain saturated fatty acids that Ancel Keys had recently been telling the Western world were arterial death.
South Indian railway workers ate a diet based on rice, sambar, and seed oils: groundnut oil and sesame oil, primarily. They ate considerably less fat overall. By the standards of dietary advice being formulated in the 1960s, they should have been the healthy ones.
Heart disease mortality in South India: 135 per 100,000.
Heart disease mortality in North India: 20 per 100,000.
Seven times higher in the population eating seed oils.
Among railway sweepers specifically, the lowest-paid, most physically active workers, the gap was even wider. Heart disease was fifteen times more common in the South Indian sweeper population than in the North Indian sweeper population.
Malhotra controlled for everything he could reach: smoking, where Northerners actually smoked more. Activity levels, where the relationship was inconsistent. Socioeconomic status, where executives died more often than sweepers regardless of region. He found no variable that explained the gap except the type of fat in the diet.
He published the data. In a peer-reviewed journal. In 1967.
The study was cited periodically, acknowledged as methodologically interesting, and then set aside.
The decade in which Malhotra published was the decade in which Ancel Keys's fat hypothesis was being converted into policy. The American Heart Association was issuing guidance recommending polyunsaturated vegetable oils as replacements for saturated animal fats. The food industry was producing seed oils at industrial scale. The infrastructure of seed oil promotion was being built, expensively and with great institutional momentum.
A study showing that populations eating animal fat had a fraction of the heart disease of populations eating seed oils was not, in that context, a study that anyone particularly wanted to follow up.
Nobody followed up.
Almost sixty years later, the finding stands unrefuted in the literature.
It is not in the dietary guidelines.

Here’s the entire set of unfortunate circumstances of how we found ourselves on the verge of another GFC:
1. Trump was misinformed, he thought Iran was another Venezuela, he would blow up the regime & ppl would overthrow the rest of the govt
2. As a result, he never thought through the rest of it
3. He never game theoried the possibility of Iran taking over the Strait of Hormuz
4. Iran is in control now bc they have a stranglehold on huge percentage of global energy shipping & are destabilizing the region & petrodollar
5. TRUMP thought he could TACO himself out of the situation like he did with the tariff talks & other business deals
6. This is not a business deal, Iran is dug in, has been betrayed countless times, sees this as an existential war, their final stand & now that they have the upper hand, they aren’t negotiating anything
7. Only way to resolve this is through force, which will be the 2020s version of Vietnam
8. Iran is fighting a different kind of war, they don’t care how many casualties they have, this is do or die for them. Their mentality is more like kamikazes or those Japanese solders who were still in the jungles 30 years after the war was over. Point being this war isn’t judged by casualties or damage- Iran is willing to take more pain.
9. In summation, this is a global financial crisis, end of American empire kind of war, which America has gotten itself into unnecessarily by a leader who thought it would be over in 3 days, didn’t think it all through and thought he could manage it like a real estate deal.

‼️ This is very important. Labour isn’t passing a new law. They are activating an existing one.
The “socio-economic duty” is already buried in the Equality Act. Now it’s being er… activated and defined by statutory instruments only not full parliamentary scrutiny, so no vote just Quango decision making.
That means schools, hospitals, police and councils will be told to prioritise outcomes, not equal treatment! by reallocating resources based on class!
This mad state controlled social engineering mirrors the UN ‘Pact for the Future’ to deliver “equity” outcomes, with institutions acting as enforcement in 193 countries.
You didn’t vote for this, it’s poison ‼️

The oil crisis is spreading throughout the world. Many countries are going to extreme lengths to ration their supply as a result. Here are all the cases I could find:
1) The Philippines declared a national energy emergency. Government offices have shifted to a four-day work week, and agencies must cut fuel and electricity use by 10–20%.
2) Sri Lanka instituted a weekly public holiday for public officials and schools. It has also revived a QR code-based fuel rationing system that limits private cars to 25 liters of petrol per week.
3) Pakistan closed schools for two weeks and cut free fuel allocations for government vehicles by 50%. It also hiked high-octane fuel prices by 60%.
4) Bangladesh, shut down universities and colleges and implemented five-hour rolling blackouts for households to prioritize the garment export sector.
5) South Korea launched a nationwide energy-saving campaign and released a record 22.46 million barrels of strategic oil reserves. It also temporarily lifted limits on burning coal.
6) Thailand ordered civil servants to work from home, set office air conditioning to 26–27°C, and halted petroleum exports to preserve domestic stock.
7) Japan and announced its largest-ever release of strategic oil reserves, approximately 45 days' worth, to stabilize local markets.
8) Egypt ordered early closures for malls, restaurants, and government offices while switching off illuminated billboards.
9) Myanmar introduced an "odd-even" rationing system where private vehicles can only purchase fuel on alternating days based on their license plate numbers.
10) Nepal is a state-run oil corporation has begun rationing cooking gas by filling cylinders to only half their normal capacity (7.1 kg) and is urging a nationwide switch to induction cookers.
11) India has invoked emergency powers to divert liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) away from industrial users to prioritize household cooking needs.
12) Slovenia became the first EU member to implement fuel rationing, limiting private drivers to 50 liters of petrol per week and businesses to 200 liters.
13) Bhutan has officially banned the sale of fuel in jerry cans to prevent hoarding and has established strict rationing priorities for emergency services.
14) Vietnam is accelerating a transition to ethanol-blended gasoline ahead of schedule to reduce its reliance on pure fossil fuel imports.
15) South Sudan has begun rationing electricity in its capital, Juba, due to the high cost of oil used for power generation.
16) Laos has made working from home mandatory for all non-essential civil servants and introduced rotational shifts to reduce commuting demand.
It gets worse. Gulf producers are nearly at their maximum storage capacity; once they run out of space to put unsold oil, they will be forced to "shut in" (permanently close) wells, which can cause long-term geological damage to the oil fields.
This is the worst oil crisis in history. And it is going to get so much worse. unlike previous shocks, this crisis has wiped out the world's spare capacity because major producers like Saudi Arabia and the UAE are physically cut off from their customers by the Strait of Hormuz closure.
All for what?

This from @Geoffrey_Cox was titanic - a truly beautiful speech.
He outshone those sat opposite. They could only watch. And nervously laugh.
This should be seen by every new MP to understand what they do, & every new barrister to understand what we do.

18 years ago, Parliament voted to abolish blasphemy laws. This year, Starmer’s government is trying to introduce a Muslim blasphemy law.
We can’t let that happen.
The official definition of Islamophobia — now repackaged as “anti-Muslim hostility” — will have a chilling effect on free speech, silencing legitimate criticism of Islam and preventing important conversations about the grooming gangs scandal and Islamist extremism.
In a free society, no religion should be placed on a pedestal or offered greater protections than others. This will inevitably exacerbate community tensions further.
The UK already has laws that protect all religions — including Islam — from religious hatred and discrimination. The government should enforce existing laws rather than waste taxpayers’ money on an unnecessary and dangerous exercise.

"OK guys, fine, we won't force you to sign up for digital IDs."
"Yay! We won!"
"Yes you did, and well played! But all this horrible Grok stuff is bad for kids, maybe we should have a social media ban for under 16s?"
"That's a good idea."
"Great! We'll get right on it! Unfortunately, to keep the kids safe, you're gonna have to prove you're over 16 to use the internet."
"Oh, that's OK, anything to keep the kids safe and get back at nasty old Elon. What's the best way to do that?"

🚨 BREAKING: REFORM’S VACCINE CREDIBILITY COLLAPSES
The Zahawi episode has ripped the mask off Reform UK. Asked a straightforward question about the mRNA rollout, senior figures didn’t answer – they attacked the question. That reaction tells you everything.
Nadhim Zahawi oversaw one of the most aggressive vaccine programmes in British history, complete with mandates, coercion, and travel restrictions. Dr David Bull has publicly defended mass vaccination and aligned with establishment medicine. Richard Tice backed vaccine passports and the stripping of freedoms from the unjabbed. These are not dissidents. These are the architects and defenders of the system.
So when Reform claims to speak for vaccine sceptics while elevating the very people who enforced the policy, it isn’t unity – it’s deception. You cannot oppose authoritarian health policy while recruiting those who built it, and you cannot sell a freedom movement by importing ex-Cabinet insiders who still defend the rollout.
Reform UK is not a clean break. It’s the same machine, rebranded.

Firstly a thank you to all who campaigned lobbied protested rallied & challenged @Keir_Starmer outrageous attempt to Forced Digital ID on us all
The British Public is fed up of being gaslit
But nobody should be under any illusions: One Login is being pushed for 8 million directors, kids veterans Public are still being targeted. We will not stop until we have ensured there is NO Verification for Participation to everyday life
This is our country we do not seek or need ‘permission’ from any state controllers to exist & participate. All should take note of this
We shalk all continue to defend & uphold our freedom together. The entire leaky One Login should be scrapped.
This is why Together Digital Bill of Rights which demands that all have unfettered continued engagement without any digital Verification as choice is so paramount
If you agree pls share but more importantly pls join us - this is our ‘insurance’ against any that try to impose such draconian measures on us. Our power is our strength Together @Togetherdec @GBNEWS
