@TLRailUK Yeah, as I said, perhaps your web team could pop a mention of the Sutton / Wimbledon route in the summary at the top next time? No mention of it at all, so why would anyone on our route read any further?

@TLRailUK I mean, “No service between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / West Croydon on Sunday 5 January” doesn’t exactly scream ‘No trains between Sutton via Wimbledon’, does it.

@TLRailUK Okay… firstly, that’s the Southern website, but thanks. The start of the notice on the Thameslink website shows the below. No mention of Sutton; Wimbledon only appears way down at the bottom of the alert. It would be handy if you could make these things a bit clearer.
