@JDGyms My daughter bought my son a years membership for JD gym in Dundee. She bought it in her name though and now they won't allow her to transfer it or won't change the name. A whole years membership!!! She is now in another country and they won't even agree to refund.

@JDGyms Yes but you've just said the same thing. Here are our terms and conditions, no refund, no transfer.

When my son went in to use it he was on the equipment and was told by a member of staff to get his stuff and get out. This is not how you treat people.
