Postictal aggression is something that can get a bit out of hand for me depending on a seizure's intensity. I may go from aiming very strong insults at someone who mildly annoys me to even becoming a tad violent if provoked. It can be very frustrating and embarrassing 😣

A selfie for having a good mental health day :) some days are harder than others but at least I can always look back and remember good days are possible..
