@OctopusEnergy @g__j Be careful with Octopus Energy, my smart meter has not been working for 2+ years. I now have an EV but cannot access the lower EV rates due to my smart meter not communicating with them. No resolution on the horizon so I am paying 3x what is advertised to charge my EV. £100’s!

@giffgaff I am meant to be away travelling next week. What day are these going to delivered? Your messages through the week have been stating they’d be despatched by Friday. Now it’s over the weekend. I can’t make any plans until I know when it’s going to be delivered.

@giffgaff another day without notification of the phone I ordered on 3rd December being despatched. I keep hearing you are making good progress with the backlog, but people who have ordered after me have received their phone days ago. Why process new orders ahead of backlog?

@PennyBlogs @giffgaff Nothing at all. Fobbed off with generic copy and paste responses. Chased up this morning and been told it can take upto 24 hours for an agent to get in touch. Ordered phone on 3rd December, still just showing processing.

@kevpj75 @giffgaff Have you managed to get any decent response from giffgaff? Ordered on 1 Dec and despite their promises that it would be dispatched yesterday it’s still showing as processing and nothing over email or text from them since. The lack of information is making me even more angry.

@giffgaff phone ordered on 3rd December as a gift for my daughter. Delayed delivery, told it would be despatched by Friday. Still no notification, order still showing as processing. Generic copy and paste replies from agents. Terrible attitude to customers.

@giffgaff I’ve placed an order for a phone on 3rd December, paid in full, and am still waiting for an update as to a delivery date. Are you in a position to confirm this will be delivered ahead of Xmas? Communication is terrible.

@joanne32330 They haven’t been sending any phones out for the last week, despite taking payment due to ‘warehousing’ issues. So I’d tread carefully here.

@giffgaff what’s the issue with despatching phones that you have taken payment for? Why the delay. Am being told there is no date you can guarantee they will be delivered by, yet you are still taking orders?

The Tier system was meant to be offer simplicity and uniformity. Instead, we're seeing a two-tiered system of tiers emerge. How are gym users in our region more at risk than others? We were given no say in gym closures but this is just wrong. We're demanding answers.

@MetroMayorSteve I read it from the outset that gyms where at the discretion of the local council. Pretty poor response really. Am sure open gyms will do more harm than good on balance, health/sanity wise!
