For nearly two years, Kenyans have been wondering: "Where is Mr. Speaker sir?" Some even began posting RIP messages, claiming they had already connected to the WiFi in Sayuni.
But all those rumours were untrue. Today, Mr. Speaker Sir is back! He explained that he had to go into hiding because he was being hunted across the country.
Kenyans are absolutely thrilled to welcome their comrade home.

@Kenyans Ruto is a devil that doesn't mind selling his soul provided it's money.
English

@FabrizioRomano Though he rightly deserves it, they will give it to João Pedro just to cover up for the shambles in the goal of the season nominations

@Dr_AustinOmondi I would happily do it if chance presented itself. Together with your sodding arse.

The DCI have done well to arrest Bunge la Mwananchi leader Kidero JaSuba over his reckless remarks that he would kill the President if he ever got a chance. We cannot allow the seeds of political intolerance and hate to be sown this close to elections.

@Kenyans Are these people in state house suffering from the same thing?

As Muslim faithful across our country and around the world mark the end of the Day of Arafat and the beginning of Eid-ul-Adha, I extend my warmest wishes for a peaceful and joyous celebration.
Eid-ul-Adha, celebrated during this sacred season of the Hajj pilgrimage, one of the pillars of Islam, reflects the values of faith, obedience, and sacrifice exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, and continues to inspire compassion, humility, and service to others.
The occasion also calls upon us to remember the less fortunate, strengthen the bonds of unity and coexistence, and reaffirm our shared commitment to peace and harmony as one nation.
To all Muslim faithful, I wish you and your families joy, good health, and abundant blessings during this holy celebration.
Eid Mubarak.

She was sent to study abroad because her father, a wealthy Kenyan politician, refused to let his daughter mix with the walalahoi.
Many believed this was her golden opportunity to meet and marry a white man overseas, but that never happened.
After graduating, she returned to Kenya, and rumors are now circulating that she is dating Gengetone artist Ybw Smith.

@IEBCKenya Maumbwa!!! You only show up after concerns have been raised over your continued silence on the issue. Maumbwa!!!

Press Release:
Claims by Persons Purporting to Stage Election Manipulation in the 2027 General Election
IEBC notes with grave concern recent utterances by certain political actors alleging that they will influence the electoral process in the 2027 presidential election through extra- legal mechanisms.
These utterances, which have elicited considerable disquiet within the electoral environment, pose a real risk of distorting public perception of Kenya’s democratic processes. IEBC considers such utterances to be unacceptable, reckless, and entirely baseless.
The utterances are clearly intended to instill fear, mislead the public and erode confidence in the integrity of the electoral system. IEBC therefore, urges all Kenyans to disregard, dissociate and refrain from amplifying them.

@Ikennasamuel14 @BarcoEra Chelsea FC can't employ Osimhen because of the wage structure at the club. He's way way above what Chelsea is offering
English

@BarcoEra Yes, replace him with Osimhen by all means. Pedro is not a proper striker, he's just doing well in that position.
English

@MwendiaJnr He was silent until he realised that the country is being led by a sick mad man. He'd still be silent btw.
You are an idiot for that matter

I’m curious: Did Moi ever bother about how the country was being run after handing power to Kibaki in 2002? Did he involve himself into local politics?
When Kibaki retired in 2013, did he ever bother criticising Uhuru’s government, or did he just quietly retire in Othaya? PNU basically died because Kibaki didn’t want anything to do with politics after 2013.
So my question is: Why is Uhuru so obsessed with local politics? He was President for ten years ,our debt skyrocketed, police brutality was rampant, we had the River Yala Massacre, the killing of NASA supporters, and many other atrocities under his watch.
When fuel prices shot up, he nearly cried asking if he was responsible, while billions were being lost daily. CBC was forced down our throats, among other things.
Why is he now so bothered about how the country is being ruled when most of the problems we’re facing today started during his tenure? Why not just retire peacefully like Moi and Kibaki?

@NytoP2PMwangi Just a silly question here
What happens if the family buries the woman. Why is the man fighting for her?
English

There is a big disagreement between Rachel Muthoni Wandeto’s family and her husband.
The man you see here wearing a cap is Rachel Wandeto’s husband. He wants to be allowed to bury his wife, but Wandeto’s family insists they are the ones who will bury her.
This is the man who was living with her and their children. He claims he has been denied the right to bury his wife because the family says he did not take good care of her and had not paid the bride price (Hakukuwa Amerashia/Ndarachĩtie).
To be fair to the family, this is not unusual. It is a basic Kikuyu tradition: if a man has not paid the bride price, he has no right to bury his “wife” in the event of her death.
What he needs to do is sit down with the family, commit something small(Deposit), and promise to officially marry her later (Kũmũrachĩria).
That said, the family has every right to bury their daughter. The husband can only approach them politely. If he manages to convince them, they may use their discretion to allow him to bury her.

@RobertAlai The right move. How I wish you were working under him so that he pumps some logic in your slab head

I am told that the ACK Bishop Charles Ong’injo is now punishing any preacher under him who shows any support or neutrality towards the current political leadership.
He is harshly punishing all preachers under his Maseno South leadership who is apolitical, supportive of President Ruto or just neutral and objective.
Already he has demoted Rev Maurice Odinga and removed him from the leadership of Nyahera Parish because Ong’injo believes that Rev Odiaga is not attacking Ruto in his preachings enough.
Rev Odiaga has been removed and replaced by a fanatic of Bishop Ong’injo called Rev Adonija Omollo.
I wonder how Bishop Ong’injo wants fairness and objectivity while he is dictatorial in his leadership of ACK Maseno South Diocese.
