#americanairlines is AWFUL. They truly suck. They just strand people all over the country and the US. Their CSR TEAM could really care less. Shame on YOU, AMERICAN AIRLINES @!

American Airlines sucks! My daughter is stuck in Punta Cana and because I am Grandma who is caring for my grandchildren I too am stuck in Charlotte trying to get a flight home. I was due back TODAY but thanks to American Airline won't get home until tomorrow. RIDICULOUS and SAD.

American Airlines truly is something else. Not only have they stranded my daughter in Punta Cana, they have stranded grandma as well in Charlotte since I can't leave my 3 and 5 yesr old grandchildren. At least their CSR's could be more polite and caring!!

American Airlines truly did it this time. Not only have they stranded by daughter in a third world country, Punta Cana, they didn't offer her a time when they could fly her out, and when they offered a flight it has now been delayed for 3 hours.

I paid nearly $2000 for direct flights only to have my flight cancelled and rebooked to arrive 36 hours later through a connection. Awful customer service from the first 2 agents that just hung up. I want my money back to cover missed work and extended childcare! @AmericanAir
