Also, I retired in 2012 as an entrepreneur, I’d never owned a property in my life until that point, always rented. To say I need rent checks to maintain my lifestyle is laughable. Fintwit has become the Jerry Springer show…sad.

I have zero debt and sold my last rental in the US in 2018/19, which I purchased in 2012. Even when I had my properties I bought them with cash. Only debt I had was a LOC which I rarely used. Might want to do a little homework before you tweet about someone you don’t know.
