@nursekelsey IntraOp - mag, toradol, fentanyl. Sometimes a TAP block. In PACU, we’re typically giving fentanyl first & then moving on to dilaudid if needed. PostOp - Oxycodone is common, but it really depends on the patient, surgery, etc. (PeriOp/PACU RN🙋🏻‍♀️)
