@thetrainline Hi, my 11:10 train Glasgow to Manchester on Monday has been cancelled. Email says I can use the same ticket two services before or after my original ticket if run by the same company, but no TPE services are running from Glasgow central at all. Please advise?

@thetrainline Hi, my train today was cancelled. I had an adv single and seatfrog upgrade. TPE website says to get a refund from the company I purchased from. Can you facilitate this please? I had to buy a new ticket/upgrade and travel two hours earlier because of cancellations.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I think my new phone keeps dropping signal. I'll get no notifications through for hours then loads arrive at once, hours after their time stamp. I've only noticed the display show no signal once though. Is this a problem with the phone or the network?

@thetrainline Hi, I had a return to Manchester yesterday and the return journey way delayed by more than 30 minutes. Am I able to get a partial refund for this as I had to buy an additional ticket to an alternative destination and get a lift as a result of the delay.

@thetrainline Hi, I've tried to do delay repay but on the Trainline app it won't let me see yesterday's ticket. When I click on it it just takes me back to my bookings page, so I can't get a screenshot of the ticket to request delay repay.

@thetrainline Hi, part of my journey has just been cancelled (Macc-Man). It was for Avanti only so I'm going to need to buy a new ticket for that leg. Can I get a refund for the part that was cancelled without cancelling and refunding the entire journey (Mac-Man/Man-Edinburgh)?

@thetrainline Hi, I had a return ticket yesterday and the returning train got cancelled. There was £10 difference between a single and a return, but when I requested a refund it only gave me £2! Why so little back when half my journey was cancelled?
