@LancashireCC @Westlancsbc who won't sort their tenants fencing. As home owner I'm left with the bill of £££££ to replace. How is this fair. I'm on my own and don't have money to mend and replace fences that are not my responsibility 😤

When you buy a house and the council house next door with a massive dog leaves the fences like this. @LancashireCC response is it's the tenants responsibility. The fences are dangerous, & the dog has got through the fence. @Westlancsbc . So to keep my dog safe I have to pay 😡

@LancashireCC @Westlancsbc This is all the places the dog next door gets to or through the fence. I've bought this property and I'm left with the bill of new fences that is your responsibility as a landlord. Using money I had for other home and garden improvements

@scssofas your customer service is shocking. I have tried several ways to contact you, about the faulty sofa you delivered to me on 8.2.25. £3,700 it should never have made it through quality control. Your help line has a waiting time of 196 minutes. Emails, texts ignored. 😡😡

Late merry Christmas to all. I've been in my #newhouse a month not been out or really seen anyone. Worked Christmas as I do every year. So don't have to sit with people I don't like and be polite.

@LancashireCC I'm shocked that you tell me a council tenant is responsible for maintaining these fences. They are falling in to my garden and are dangerous. These will cause serious injury or a fatality. you then expect me to pay to have posts and fences replaced 😤
