The fight of the offense continues to be for naught, because the pen absolutely sucks. Not a single reliable arm there. Back to .500 where they’re most comfortable. Another 77-82 win season incoming.

Feel like the pitching will figure it out at some point but I’m baffled how everyone other than Burns has randomly become awful at once. Abbott has shown signs of life lately too but it’s very confusing overall.

Watching the Reds get walked off at Wrigley three nights in a row is the worst thing that’s ever happened to me in my life.

This team is just mentally not where they need to be against in-division opponents. We’re going on two managers and 5-6 years now of just getting dog-walked in division play. Tiresome.

This might be the second worst trade made in baseball last year, and it’s only second because Nick Krall also traded real assets for Ke’Bryan Hayes’ contract at the deadline too.
