@CDcareNG I requested for a refund a month a go today I was told it will take 10 working days ive been pushed and passed around for a month now I did everything

@CDcareNG you delivered the item to me and you’re telling this sh*t that i should take it to any of your pickup centers …Because that's where I bought it or I don't understand I will keep posting and tagging you guys everyday I swear I’m ready to spend my money to get my refund

@CDcareNG calling your customer service and you guys keep saying you're working on resolving the issue for over 1 month now this is really bad I need my refund and you come get your router because when I took the router to the Airtel agents they told me the sim as been barred.

@CDcareNG i really don't understand what is happening for good 3 to 4weeks I keep making the same complaint about the Airtel 4 G router which was delivered to me while the router sim as been replaced and I was not able to use it and since then I have been calling your customers
